Locate MAPS Physicians and Licensed Practitioners

The MAPS fellowship for physicians and licensed practitioners is a vigorous course of study and mentoring that prepares medical professionals to deliver quality biomedical, evidence-based care for your child with ASD.

The course of study may take several years to accomplish (click here for a summary of the MAPS fellowship roadmap). Practitioners with the designation of “Fellow” or “FMAP” have completed all required training and mentoring modules and have been recommended and accepted into Fellowship by the MAPS Medical Board.

Practitioners that have started the course of study, but have yet to finish all steps in becoming a Fellow, earn the designation of “Candidate for Fellowship”
until acceptance has been confirmed.

Has your doctor told you that there were not enough studies to prove that Autism Spectrum Disorders can be treated biomedically?

A MAPS practitioner can help.

All treatments are based on mainstream published studies and evidence-based practices that many be unknown to your doctors and insurers. Let a MAPS provider help you get the care your child needs.
