From Candidate to MAPS Fellowship

The level of mastery that MAPS fellows (FMAPS) achieve in the field of complex pediatric conditions means that they are among the best prepared practitioners in this field, and patients will be assured of the care provided.
State licensed practitioners with prescribing rights may qualify for the MAPS Candidacy program. Other practitioners, vendors, and associations support MAPS through membership.

Benefits of Fellowship
Candidates are teamed up with a mentor to aid in obtaining fellowship, answer questions, and collaborate as needed.

The MAPS program includes classes on practice management, as well as proper charting and documentation processes that help MAPS members and their practice.

Because Fellows are taught to deliver a systematic, evidence-based standard of care, they may qualify for reduced-rate malpractice insurance through MAPS.

MAPS teaches practitioners how to present a program of care to patients in a manageable and affordable package.
