MAPS Clinician Directory

Below is a list of Health Care Professionals within our MAPS CME training programs.

The level of training and experience is as follows:

Conference Attendee – has attended at least one CME Conference, no additional information
Members – Actively participates in annual CME Education, contains active link with contact and practice information
Fellow – FMAPS is an active Member who has gone through our MAPS Fellowship Training in its entirety
Faculty – A Fellow that has been chosen by our medical board to represent MAPS as a speaker in or outside of our Conferences
Adjunct Faculty – Conference speakers chosen by MAPS Medical Board

In addition, all Telehealth Practitioners listed as such are Members, Fellows, or Faculty only.

This list does not guarantee the level of skill, knowledge, or experience outside of our educational trainings.
