I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States and have over 8 years of experience working with clients across a wide range of health conditions. My work has focused on personalized nutrition, addressing complex issues such as metabolic health, autoimmune conditions, GI disorders, autism, PANS/PANDAS and more. Additionally, I have volunteered for five years with autistic groups, which has deepened my understanding and skills in working with diverse populations. Recently, I was honored to be accepted as a mentee by Dr. O’Hara, whose guidance I value greatly as I continue to grow in my career. I am committed to advancing my expertise and contributing meaningfully to the field, and I believe that membership with your organization would be a valuable step in that journey.

My practice focuses on a personalized, holistic approach to health, addressing the root causes of chronic conditions and empowering clients to achieve lasting wellness. I work with individuals of all ages, from children to seniors, tailoring plans to fit their unique needs, goals, and lifestyles. With expertise in both functional and integrative medicine, I support clients through one-on-one and group coaching sessions, helping them navigate complex health challenges. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and targeted supplementation to promote healing and optimal health. I also specialize in supporting special needs clients, including non-verbal children and those with mental disabilities, using creative methods to identify patterns and behaviors that lead to better outcomes. Whether working on gut health, hormone balance, or chronic fatigue recovery, I provide compassionate, individualized care. In addition to coaching, I offer educational content, meal planning, and guidance on interpreting labs such as blood panels and hormone assessments. My practice is built on fostering strong connections with clients, creating a safe and supportive environment where sustainable, long-term change is achievable.
