Dr. Kyrah Pierstorff, owner, clinic director, and chiropractor with advanced training in functional and neurologically focused pediatric care. She earned two bachelor’s degrees from Emory University, followed by post-graduate doctoral education in chiropractic. For over five years, Dr. Kyrah has worked closely with children and families navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and PANS/PANDAS, using a root-cause, whole-body approach. She is PANS & PANDAS–certified and mold-literate, with specialized experience addressing immune dysregulation, neuroinflammation, gut-brain health, and environmental triggers that often impact neurodevelopment. Dr. Kyrah is deeply committed to partnering with parents—helping them understand why their child’s body is struggling and creating thoughtful, individualized care plans to support healing, regulation, and long-term resilience.
