I was a Pediatrician for 20 years before training in the field of functional medicine. I have always been passionate about brain health and first did training with Dr. Bredesen to learn about Alzheimer's treatment. From there I started also treating children with neurological conditions and learning more about ASD and PANS. I have done extensive training with Neil Nathan and Jill Crista to learn how to treat mold toxicity including children and sensitive patients. I have done a significant amount of training in tickborne illness and spend a good deal of time learning from Teresa Holler. The majority of my practice is patients with mold toxins and Lyme co-infections. I am currently part of Nancy Ohara's Mentorship training program for PANS. I have really enjoyed starting to treat patients with autism and watching them start to communicate, speak and integrate more successfully into their families lives. It is some thing that I never thought possible when I did primary care pediatrics but it is the most rewarding thing that I currently do in my practice.
