As the owner of Revitalize Wellness Center, my mission is to empower patients in their journey to optimal health, especially those with gastrointestinal and autoimmune challenges. My path to naturopathic medicine was deeply personal — after graduating from Villanova University, working at GE and in technology services, I felt unfulfilled. Losing my mother to colon cancer at sixteen and my father soon after changed everything. I knew there had to be a better way to make healthcare compassionate, dignified, and patient-centered. Struggling with my own digestive issues during this time, I experienced firsthand the frustration of mainstream medicine's focus on symptoms rather than root causes. This led me to Sonoran University of Health Sciences, where I earned my doctorate, followed by a teaching residency at the University of Bridgeport's Naturopathic Clinic. I served as a board member of the CT Naturopathic Physicians Association and earned my Vitalist Certification from the Naturopathic Medicine Institute. I am currently pursuing my Fellowship. My passion is helping women reclaim their health through personalized, holistic medicine, and functional lab analysis. I created The Grace Method — a program designed for high-performing women seeking balance, clarity, and lasting wellness with expert guidance and accountability. When women take care of themselves, they are able to model a healthy lifestyle for their children. Alongside homeschooling my children, I am creating educational programs to help our community achieve better health. I treasure quality time with my husband, love preparing nourishing meals, and escaping to tropical destinations like Aruba! Healing is personal — and I'm honored to guide patients on their path to vibrant health.
