Aisling Whelan, RDN, CDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 13 years of experience helping patients manage chronic kidney disease, diabetes, and gastrointestinal disorders through evidence-based, individualized nutrition counseling. She now works with children and families navigating ADHD, with particular focus on identifying micronutrient deficiencies that can affect neurological function and addressing them through targeted diet changes, nutraceuticals, and gut-supportive interventions. Aisling is also pursuing additional training in autism and ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), with plans to expand her practice into these areas as she completes that training.
